Training the teachers who participate in the inclusive quality education program in Colombia

The management for the attention to diversity in Colombia has been consolidating through different strategies implemented in the program of inclusive education with quality; one of these, lies in the training to strengthen the inclusive approach aimed at 2182 practicing teachers from 65 municipalities in the period 2006-2012. For this research 545 systematization of experiences gained by participating teachers are analyzed and the research is guided by the parameters of the hermeneutic approach, using the documentary analysis technique to process the information of the experiences which are the product of the training process and the information obtained at the baseline and in the output line for the achievements in training workshops; data processing is performed on the Atlas ti v.7 software and with the crossing of data, the experiences, output and baselines and conceptual categories that arise; the results are grouped by competitions, obtaining in high levels of significance in the human and pedagogical skills, medium in the social and research skills and low levels in political type skills.
