Personalised education as an essential tool for dealing with diversity in the classroom

The path to the actual implementation of inclusive education in the classroom has always been complex, dealing with different dilemmas whose resolution seems almost unattainable and repeatedly violating treaties and frameworks proposed by various organizations. To escape this apparent loop we need to direct our efforts towards the creation of an accessible curriculum in which all students have a place, not only thinking in what those with specific educational needs can achieve to reach a minimum, but what each student can develop to maximize their individual potential. This article thus offers some guidelines to keep in mind to reach that.
