This work is the result of a research project entitled "the participation of people with disabilities in higher education reform in Colombia: a close political, social and educational", which seeks to recognize, understand, analyze and reflect on the participation politics of college students with disabilities and the spaces and mechanisms to encourage such participation generated in the process of law reform of higher education in Colombia. In this regard, we express the first hypotheses generated from process development and research analysis, these relate primarily to the full exercise of participation by disabled students in conjectural issues in the transformation of their context, look from the State on persons with disabilities as subjects attended and college-disability relationship as space construction and reconstruction of knowledge and subjectivities.
