Abstract

The gender knowledge has been incorporated as theoretical concept in thesis on educative issues. This paper exposes a group of theses that were prepared to get masters and PhD titles in Argentina, Brazil and Spain. Their authors, women and men with different academic backgrounds, invite to think about the ideological and social gender mechanisms which people live every day. These topics integrate disciplines, professions and educational process. Include discussions about leisure times and sport activities, intersubjective relations, games and toys or pedagogical practices relative to physical education and childhood education.

Author Biography

Dora Inés Munevar, Universidad Nacional de Colombia

Académica colombiana, posdoctorada en Estudios de Género (Buenos Aires), doctora en Ciencias Políticas y Sociología (Programas Teoría sociológica: comunicación, conocimiento y cultura; Perspectiva de género en ciencias sociales) (Madrid), magistra en Sociología de la Educación, abogada, fonoaudióloga (Bogotá). Profesora titular de la Universidad Nacional de Colombia, adscrita al Departamento de Comunicación Humana, Facultad de Medicina; y vinculada a la Escuela de Estudios de Género, Facultad de Ciencias Humanas. Investigadora del I.D.H., Estudios sobre Desarrollo Humano, (Dis) Capacidades, Diversidades. Integrante de grupos de investigación dedicados al trabajo  cadémico, el desarrollo humano, el cuerpo y las diversidades. Las investigaciones recientes, además de recuperar la presencia y las voces de mujeres y hombres de distintos grupos humanos como sujetos políticos, sujetos de comunicación, sujetos cognoscentes y sujetos conocidos, constituyen expresiones  articuladas entre género, poder, movilidad humana, ciudad, cuerpo, ciencia, tecnología, excelencia, reflexividad, productividad, modernización e inclusiones.
