Education in contexts of confinement: problems, perspectives and questions on the subject of learning and the educational process in strifes prisons

This work aims to investigate about institutional and learning process developed, actually, in the field of education in contexts of confinement in the province of Santa Fe (Argentina), particularly, in the city of Rosario. In that sense, from a case study (Penitentiary nº 3, Rosario), we proposes to think about the complexity of the educational institution inserted in a web of relations of force that involves not only the practices and spechees of the actors teaching (management, teachers and students) but also those of the institution´s prison that create conditions and constraints to the educational process.
