This work shows three cases of scholar coexistence, where exclusion and inclusion are present. The first ones are analyzed from the stigma concept, in one from authority and legality concept, and the other one from the Social Participation Structure (EPS) during communicative interaction within the classroom. Both cases try to illustrate contradictions in the way of develop competences. On the final case we propose a strategy where inclusion is valued from parental participation and professional involvement.
