Special Education and Otherness: In search of the common

First, the article describes some general aspects of the legal framework about the common education system and its forms (among which is the 'special education') in Argentina. Then the paper reflects critically about human differences and disability from fragments of national laws and resolutions, to address, then, curriculum guidelines related to teacher training. Finally, the article problematizes the education system’s divisions, as well as our representations about ethics and 'otherness'.
